Since its inception in 2012, AT-3 Solutions' core focus is on providing Information Operations (IO), Electronic Warfare (EW), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and Satellite Communications (SATCOM) training and technical support to the military, intelligence community, and law enforcement agencies (LEA). As former members of the country's elite fighting units, AT-3 Solutions' founders spent their careers employing and teaching many of the ground breaking geo-location tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) employed today.
In addition to providing unsurpassed geo-location and radio frequency (RF) detection, location and exploitation courses in every aspect of tactical employment, AT-3 Solutions also provides unparalleled subject matter depth and field experience instructing complex theories in the areas of RF, HF, VHF, UHF, SHF, and other complex signals.

AT-3 Solutions supports the Department of Defense (DoD) by developing and teaching advanced theory and operation to Core, TOPS and TOOs in the areas of: Irregular Warfare operations, HF, VHF, SHF communications and HUMINT, Electronic Warfare (simple and complex signals), and Information Operations (applied computers and networking). AT-3 Solutions also provides courses in other technical and tradecraft areas, to include: Fundamentals of Power, Technical Counter Intelligence (TCI), and land navigation in rural and urban locations. Additionally, AT-3 Solutions provides the client with subject matter expertise in the development of TTPs in support of new technologies, processes, and equipment.
